Pros

There aren't many companies out there that treat their employees as amazing as TeleTracking. Pay is extremely competitive, employees at all levels are bonus eligible, and the benefits are extraordinary. (I have never worked for a company that provides so many employee focused benefits-100% paid the employer.) I was very fortunate to work for a team that was like family. I can't say enough good things about my manager, and the group of people I had the honor to work with. This was a job and company I was sad to leave!

Cons

The company is growing, and sometimes work/life balance could be a challenge.

Pros

A noble mission, great healthcare benefits, Some amazing coworkers

Cons

No work/life balance - you are expected to work as long as it takes (50-60 hours min a week) and it is only 'temporary' even when it has been happening for years, salaries that lag far behind the competition, constantly being asked to sacrifice your financial future in the form of no raise or minimal yearly raises and frequently no bonus or reduced bonuses with no ability to recover those losses later on, No stock options, unreasonable expectations for those in support given the staffing shortages and lack of pay, undo pressure - such as our VP suggesting a baby died because of an issue with our application and was due to us not being able to answer the phone quick enough, If you weren't 100% in , had a different opinion, or agreeable to all changes then you were considered a traitor and were targeted for retaliation

Pros

Strong mission, wonderful people, good work/life balance

Cons

The company is confused. Cutting-edge technology or old-school predictability? Aggressive pursuit of new markets or cost control? Hire & retain best national talent or below market salaries? Pick just one answer or employee retention will continue to suffer and progress with slow even more.

Pros

Teletracking has a really awesome mission and you are doing meaningful work of helping solve the Healthcare problem. The employees are very passionate and it is very much a team oriented environment. Teletracking makes investments in the latest technology and constantly innovating their products. I have met a lot of intelligent and humble coworkers from a variety of backgrounds including software engineers, lawyers, doctors, nurses, and business people among many others. No one really seems to have an "ego" and everyone was willing to share insight on what they do regardless of their title or status in the company. Teletracking takes a lot of pride in giving back to the community as well. A few months ago, our owner helped sponsor the Mission of Mercy event. This was a free dental care clinic for the entire city of Pittsburgh. Hundreds of volunteers from Teletracking worked the event along with other volunteers from Pittsburgh for several days. (I learned that our company actually pays for 8 hours of volunteer work a year as well...pretty cool!) It was a wonderful and eye opening experience to help the underprivileged population that don't have dental insurance or unable to afford care. There is still very much a start up culture at Teletracking and there is a lot of opportunity for growth in the future. Other perks: Dress code is casual (jeans, polos, etc.) Fantastic benefits: 100% paid for healthcare insurance by the company! Good 401K, health wellness plan and PTO package Flexible work schedule- good work life balance Foodie place! (popcorn and fancy cappuccino machines in the break rooms, there's always tasty food or snacks all around the office as well!) Cool game room (Xbox One, TVs, pool table, ping pong table, etc.)

Cons

Nothing so far as I've only been here a few months. It definitely is a fast pace environment.
