Pros

weekend holiday, good for your career growth also great platform for freshers

Cons

I had a really bad experience at Telebrands India. I was terminated without any warning, and they said it was because the company was losing money. I never received my Full and Final Settlement (FNF), which is frustrating. Also, the owner's wife, Manisha Israni, took me for shoots without paying me at all. There was too much office politics, and the VP, Anil Rao, was not helpful. I hope they can improve how they treat employees in the future.

Pros

Some of the people are nice but those are the ones that are also mistreated.

Cons

Just stay away.. you will make more money at a restaurant position and be treated better. CEO will get emotional and call a meeting on a random weekend and expect people to attend. They will pay you less than 40k a year and except you to be a super star for them. It’s a joke.

Pros

Always new products which can keep things interesting

Cons

Poor decisions at the C level always result in missing expectations and a speech about how "bonuses aren't going to be what we expected"
