I recently experienced a deeply disappointing and unethical termination from Telepathy Labs. Despite having a contract clearly stating a 2-month notice period, I was retrenched without any prior warning or severance benefits. This abrupt action demonstrates a complete disregard for employee welfare and a lack of empathy from both US management and Singapore HR. The entire process felt incredibly callous and impersonal. I strongly advise potential candidates to carefully consider their employment options with this company. The lack of respect for employee contracts and the apparent lack of concern for employee well-being are major red flags.
