Trusted his team to know and do their jobs. Natural teacher and leader!

Cons

The company's excellent growth pattern made acquisition inevitable. I hated to see it subsumed by an organization that had no clue about what made Telesis successful. I believe they lost more than 50% of the Telesis contracts and their SMEs.
