Pros

First of all, there is a good atmosphere in the company. Managers are rather fair towards employees and listen employees' ideas and sometimes are willing to implement them. There is a freedom to do your job, no one is watching behind your back all the time. The trust in employees gives often better results than excessive controlling. One can utilize his/her creativity fairly well if one has some. One good side is also, that the equipment that one needs to do his or her job is rather modern. The hardware is updated quite frequently, so the tools should not be a problem.

Cons

One drawback is, that some designer tasks are not paid extremely well. Some designers get quite a good salary, but, on the other hand, some designers could be paid better. The benefits in the company are not so comprehensive. To some employess, phone benefit is given, but those are quite rare. Car benefit (company car) is only for few managers. Lunch you have to pay yourself, the company does not provide any compensation for that. There is a restaurant in the company premises, though. Quite often, there are not so good changes for an employee to progress on one's career.

Pros

Complex tasks even for newcomers, exciting tech stack (but it depends on the project) as it was green field project. Good team spirit, when I was in the project. Lots of young people.

Cons

Company wants to save on everything, including tools for developers, and good technologies. Company that thinks it will write every single piece of code by itself and will do it better than out-of-the-box solution. Bad treatment for testers from management - like they were less than developers (no permenent contract for them, but contract of mandate). If you overstay in the company, they will rip you off on money.
