Hey it’s 2018 and people work should be allowed to work from home without subtract vacation Weird vibe where staff doesn’t backstab p but managers who should want you to success do Did I mention If you work from home that is vacation If you come up with innovation and dare take credit you will be talken to Discouraging improvement You are discouraged from “bragging” about your inventiveness Sign in sheets for all exit from office no trust of staff by managers abuse and bullying of staff common so much that surprise by friends still stay Smart workers and good friends had constant complaintes about being made fun for minor errors while rules don’t apply to manager part of abuse pattern Large amount of yelling and bullying common smart staff hardworking made to feel stupid not allowed to leave when Nyc snow emergency and metro north trains stopped

CEO is a bully, regularly shouts and screams at staff (especially if you are a woman) when he doesn't understand basic concepts of product development. I was 'let go' while on a doctor's recommended sick leave. My tax payments were underpaid because apparently ineptitude runs through the company, top to bottom. Advertised as having unlimited holidays, managers admitted to me that it was just to attract applicants. If you tried to take more than 2 weeks holiday, you were reprimanded. Management just consists of clueless liars. Hostile work environment. If you value your mental health, don't work here.
