If you like cheap labor want to work like a robot then this is the perfect place for you. I worked for School Professionals which is the Educational division of the company and where do I even start? How about from the beginning...
I came in as a temp-to-hire employee and was assured that after 3 months I'd become full-time, especially by how fast I was learning. I was working 40 hours a week, getting paid hourly, and only eligible for the bare minimum of benefits which was honestly, nothing at all (which they lied to me about). The "extensive training program" was non-existent. They had no idea how to train this position and I was their guinnea pig. There was a mix of 8 people teaching me their own ways of doing things so my performance had many inconsistencies. My evaluations were poor and because I couldn't remember who taught me what, I was seemed a liar. Management did not seem to realize until after the fact and it led to them demoting me and not making me full-time. I was micromanaged and spoken to passive aggressively from others on my team.
Now that I look back, the style of management was all the same. My job entailed micromanaging the substitutes from the moment they stepped into the interview room. They were treated so badly and VERY underpaid. Their values are inhumane.
