      Fast pace for making new products, you can see your design in several months. Chances for designing variety type of shoes. Inspiration trip and factory trip.

      Classic spanish company, need to speak spanish for communication and presentation. More than 80% of employees are spanish people, nothing diversity, managing people are all spanish. Bad organization, no structure for strategy, always change the direction by managing people.
