I was hired as full time employee, but they make you fill out time sheets which did not make any sense to me when I started. At that time I was dealing with someone who ran HR, and she ensured me that all I would need to do was mark off the 40 and I would be paid for it. She later got laid off, and was not replaced. Overtime is not likely they just make you come in late of leave early if you go over. Also, be aware that you'll be paying over 100+ biweekly for your insurance. I must say after working with TEMPTU for over a year I did learn a lot since it is a small company, but it does has it downside. As someone who came from working at much bigger corporate companies there is a lack of direction and communication between all the departments. It feels as if each department is ran as it's own entity instead of running as a whole. With that being said things would be brought to your attention last minute where they expect you to turn it around almost immediately. In addition to last minute projects you are also bombarded with a ton of work remember it is a small company so they expect you to do 3 jobs at one time. Picking up another persons job does not mean you will be compensated for it. There is also a lack of professionalism from management and they can be a bit passive aggressive in certain situations. When you have new ideas and bring them to the table it always seems like it can't be done or they laugh at it and sat it's unrealistic.
