      Easy work, just produce and they'll leave you alone (until they lay you off unexpectedly).

      Cons

      Restructure ruined the morale of their employees.

      Great product & reputation... discutable leadership

      Pros

      Company has a great repuation, which makes our job easier. Lot of support available in every field (IT, HR, R&D, custom solution...) Decent pay and a lot of autonomy. Poeple stay and invest themselves

      Cons

      Company's strategy isn't clear. Moves were made in every directions. They do not always see the market as we (field poeple) do. few career opportunities because poeple stay for a long time (the bad side of being a good employer)
