Okay, let us take a minute here, do you want to work in a company where half of the manpower is more worried about office politics rather than working and contributing towards the revenue. No department head has any idea what their teams are doing. Newly joined employees (including senior management) are looking out for new opportunities.

This company is as bad as it gets, I am 35 years in Engineer and found Tenon to be so disorganised, low payers, management that does not know the meaning of motivation , The site i was on was so badly run by Tenon that in my 35 years i have not come across a worse run site, I will tell any future engineers don't do it there are far better companies out there to work for.
