Remote setup did not change how frustrating working here is!

Schedules are more flexible because of the remote setup.

Cons

- Management constantly pushed unrealistic expectations that felt impossible to meet. - Communication and support from leadership were extremely lacking. - There was barely any guidance, yet employees were expected to deliver perfect results under constant pressure. - Pay was completely underwhelming compared to the overwhelming workload. - The effort felt one sided. draining, and unsustainable. - I eventually left because the situation felt unfair and impossible to continue.

Amazing benefits, great coworkers, flexibility and work/life balance

Cons

Nothing for myself personally – it is fast paced, changes often internally with org structures and processes; you have to be able to be flexible and adaptable.

There are some good people there.

Cons

Gaslighting about what a great place it is when your daily reality says otherwise. Mental gymnastics to show up to work every day. Once the honeymoon period is over, reality creeps in.
