      You can find some nice colleagues tho

      Given a whole loads of work, being overwhelmed. Always saying challening and dynamic situation and planning. However it's not professional! They said work-life balance, but pffft, naaaah.... Management is just bunch of a bla bla guys. Talking nonsense.

      Incompetent yet Controlling Management in Warner Robins

      If you're under 30, you're hired.

      Cons

      Do NOT want remote working - anyone requesting remote work must keep a camera on them during working hours. New management is woefully incompetent. New management cuts corners to the point product may not be trustworthy. Do not expect any truth from management. They present one facade, but have their own agenda. No new contracts were on the horizon, probably due to lack of creativity (but not in the engineering or software team). As management goes, think Homer Simpson! No, not kidding.
