      Pros

      I have always felt valued at Terrasmart, my hard work is noticed, and I have been given the opportunity to grow into new roles because of it.

      Cons

      Industry is up and down based on govt. incentive changes and other factors, unrealistic goals set so when the industry suffers, you're never achieving set targets.

      Pros

      Most of the people cool to work with and pretty nice.

      Cons

      The president of Terrasmart is a grade A ninny. He is not a nice person to deal with and does not respond well to IT. Anytime he had a issue that he created by not having common sense he would be very rude to try to work with. One of the design teams has a arrogant attitude and think they know what they are doing in every aspect of their job but could not find their way out of a paper bag.
