Pros
-Mostly exciting projects -Staff is great, the artists and producers are usually highly engaged. -International presense brings alot of great creative contributions
Cons
-Depending on project, can be a grind -Client management can be questionable sometimes. -Still developing a core culture, can feel a bit siloe'd depending on role/team -More reactive to industry changes/slowdowns (who isn't these days though)
