      Some bad managers. High attrition rate for management. Little respect for support staff

      Food and product sometimes good. Used to be excellent. Spread too thin.

      Cons

      Owners. Especially Elena. She should Kobe back to Italy if she hates Canadians this much. They show up when restaurant is closing and expect a private party regularly. It’s illegal after hours stuff. Management. Nepotism runs rampant. The amount of work expected beyond regular waitress duties. It’s shocking. Rip out is monstrous.
