here is a big list. So be ready to read a lot.
I worked on there Product named Rockon (totally opposite of the name).
All the good reviews are either written by managers or current employees are forced to write those reviews.
1. They consider you as slaves.
2. Lot of work pressure.
3. Repetitive work - and they will tell you this is what happens in AGILE methodology.
4. No learning.
5. you r suppose to work more than 24*7 and manager thinks thay they know everything and they expect you to follow whatever the say.
6. They show no trust on employees.
7. Daily meeting just for their fun so that the CEO and manager can relieve their frustation on others.
8. No work timings. have to work till late night or may be whole night.
9. no space for creativity there.
10. you can even live in prison if you have worked in tescra.
11. Lot of mental torture.
12. they change their policies according to there convenience and expect the employees to follow whatever they wrote in handbook without any question.
13. After joining tescra say bye to your social life.
14. No benefits or perks provided by company to employees.
15. There is no future of the project they are working on. they have been working on the same project from last 6 years but still not able to get a single user.
16. 3 months notice period and as soon as you resign they will make your life worse than hell, because as soon as you joined the company your life is already hell.
I still want to write a lot of things about this company. but i dont waana waste anymore of my time for this company.
