Pros

Company paints a rosy picture in their job postings and on social media, but the reality is a far cry from their sunshine and rainbows facade. This company is a revolving door for a reason. The work environment is hostile and competitive. Management thrives on pitting employees against each other. Forget about collaboration or teamwork. Expect backstabbing and finger-pointing to be the norm. Management doesn't trust its employees. Expect to be micromanaged to death. Your every move will be monitored and scrutinized. There's no room for autonomy or creativity here. Be prepared to kiss your evenings and weekends goodbye. The workload is overwhelming, and unreasonable deadlines are the norm. Management expects you to be available 24/7. Don't be fooled by talk of career growth or advancement. Promotions are based on favoritism, not merit. The company preaches professional development, but offers little to no support for it.

Cons

P.S. Don't be surprised if this review mysteriously disappears. LambdaTest has a history of trying to silence negative feedback.

Pros

- Good lunch and dinner served in the office

Cons

- Employees are highly micromanaged . The worst person is the CTO , he openly says that he will micromanage you if you don't perform as per his expectations. - Unrealistic expectations . You are expected to work 24*7 . You are not requested rather expected to work on weekends and holidays . - No rewards .Most employees are not even getting paid by industry standards and the increment is minimal . - Clueless upper management . - Managers and Product managers dont have the basic ability to prioritize or deprioritize tasks they do it on their or higher managements whimps. - In name of learning they expect you to give your all while they themselves don't recognize your hardwork or value you as an employee . - The co-founders and higher management yell openly on employees . Humiliating employees is a norm . Hopeless and thankless people . - Managers have the audacity to ask why was someone not available on an approved leave day , holiday or weekend - In some teams they ask you to work from office even on sundays . - Even though they say it is a remote job they force employees to work from office and give them a hard time and often fire them if they don't follow. - Higher management has a massive inflated ego . They don't understand the product at all . They make employee do useless projects only to cancel them after few months . - This is a messed up company and will only end your career . You won't even be able to find time to switch your job here . Just don't join.

Pros

You receive only salary at time. Not always but most of the time.

Cons

1) Never believe in their high ratings. They ask their own employees to write sugar coated reviews on every platform. 2) They need lambs instead of employees whom they expect to slog for hours and hours. 3) They can decide to fire you anytime without keeping you in loop. The managers won't even let you know about the decision of firing you. You get only a last call from HR saying that you are no longer an employee. 4) On the top of it, they don't even let you go easily. They ask you to resign then only you will be receiving your important relieving documents. And if decline to resign from your end, you won't get anything. 5)Bootlicking is the work culture of the place. Leaving a few people here, others do not have a proper knowledge of the domain they are working in.
