Pros
Well, not much. If you dont want to work, you can easily hide. On the other side, if you are proactive, you can get to/launch many cool project as the competition is small.
Cons
Way too many politics in the company. Every department has many old processes and rules, so try something new takes ages. In general, there are way too many meetings and no one is willing to change the status quo.
