- Very poor Resource Management. - Hectic work, Poor work-life balance - 1 person handling multiple tasks - Weekend works and late night works for free - Poor HR management (and policies) - Repetitive boring work (especially support) - No proper handover of tasks - No structured/ formal way of functioning. - WhatsApp being the official medium of communication - Half cooked products (reports) - Poor salary - Concentration of knowledge with few people - Many frustrated employees - Expecting very quality output from a novice - No employee PF benefits - No functional office in Singapore - Job not matched to the role. I have been working at Tetherfi for around 5 years and the best part of being here is that you feel like an entrepreneur. Your voice is heard and valued, you are respected for your inputs across, be it technical or company related words. Here innovations are valued a lot and since the organization is small and growing day by day, it helps everyone to grow alongside the company. With multiple geographies covered, exposure is at its very best even for a fresher. There is no micro management as well as peer pressure. Very helpful and friendly work environment which will help one grow in any path that he/she wishes for.
