      Terrible structure in the tire shop shop lead fails to manage tire shop efficiently 1st shift work ethic is beyond non existent other shifts have to pick up their slack and still get chewed out over things that could be very easily avoided or fixed if the morning crew did anything there is zero accountability in the shop what so ever no year or bi yearly raises and management wonders why they can’t keep a second and third shift around when there seems to be a very common denominator

      Use to be before being run into the ground

      Company main heads have no clue why they struggle with everything. They struggle for money yet try to get in on every hair brain side hustle. Expenditures highly out way what they ever bring in. They will not read any of these reviews or suggestions. The company is loaded with all sorts of titles and salary positions that do not even work close to 35 hours per week. Come in late and leave early everyday or claim to work from home even though company says they do not offer work from home. Peeon hourly employees work a full work shift with no one available for support or help. No money but high salary leadership not working a full shift. Owners where are you not understanding what salary positions are meant for. They will be cause of your company down fall.
