      Training can be requested and reimbursed if it aligns to the needs of your position.

      Cons

      It is a stifling environment if being more experienced in your area of expertise. Very little trust to grow professionally and the culture does appear paternalistic - parent to children.

      Pros

      People are awesome, some of the best you’ll ever work with. People are truly passionate about water and leadership is good. Remote work was the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      Salary is definitely lower than in consulting. Remote work is no longer a pro since 2025. So sad.
