Textline is an incredible company on an exciting path to success. Career development is key here, from the thorough onboarding process to the weekly lunch & learns, continuing education is a theme . The team is smart, energetic and inclusive and the c-level execs genuinely want the best for their employees. It's rare to find such a supportive group both personally and professionally. It should also be said that at the center of it all lies a very strong product (the Textline platform) which you can be proud to represent. - Our CEO Alan is very active within all aspects of Textline, which I didn't expect since he has had so much success as the founder of Eventbrite, Yammer, and Xoom. He sets the tone from a culture standpoint and it shows. - The company has always had remote teams so the transition to a fully remote environment during the pandemic was mostly smooth. The company also did a good job checking in with employees and ensuring everyone had everything they needed from a personal and professional standpoint. - We are in a relatively new space (business texting), but in a very large industry in telecom. There's lots of opportunity for the company to grow. - The team is filled with highly motivated individuals who are invested in Textline and their teammates success.
