Pros
The culture is definitely pro-employee. Leadership has been open to any and all suggestions, and if it makes sense, they make it happen. The building is top notch! There's a boutique style workout facility with showers and dressing rooms, that is free to the tenants. There's plenty of areas, lounges to take a break from the phones, have lunch, get away for a few minutes during the day. There's also an indoor basketball court available to tenants. There are a couple of restaurants in the building with a couple of more opening up in the coming weeks. The location is in the middle of everything, and walk-able to a number of restaurants, stores, and after work happy hour locations. I can't stress enough how much thought and time the leadership team puts invests in to each employee and not only our success in the office, but also making sure that our family/personal time is balanced.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that since this is a "newer", growing company, some people may or may not be comfortable with "change" or new processes that can come along as that growth happens.
