The job provides ample opportunities to learn and work on various projects, which can be a valuable experience for someone starting their career. In almost every sector, colleagues are great, they are mostly from countryside.
Cons
The treatment of employees is terrible, with no real opportunity for growth or advancement. The pay is extremely poor, and there are no vacations. Employees are made to work long hours, including weekends, without any compensation or recognition. HR is also bad, and the work environment is subpar with broken chairs, no coffee, and lack of basic amenities like water filters.
