Clearly management that doesn't get it! Not only do they treat their employees horribly, they take away their pay because they don't know how to manage their money and keep losing profit/customers. It was very interesting watching them lose profits and keep making the same mistakes over and over again...I wouldn't keep hitting my head against the wall if it hurts! Not very smart to keep the same management team if the don't make your company money. If your a b... kisser, you're a shoe-in and you get to move up and run the tool crib into a brothel. God bless America...sarcasm. If your wandering, don't, you know who it is. 401k...who was in charge of that? Wow! I gave a 1 star rating and that was even too generous.
