Where to start, the upper management hires are nothing but over educated politicians with no Real experience. There is no opportunity for a normal employee to grow. The raise is less than inflation every year it never fails. Manager say there’s no money for raises but they get six figure bonuses every year. This company truly cares about his upper managers and could just as well throw away the rest of its employees.
