      Pros

      - I get to work from home 3 days/week (varies on position, I believe) - Above industry pay - Company laptop my first day - Either a company phone or cell phone reimbursement - My own desk with two monitors to plug my laptop in - Freedom to decorate it how I want ^ - Really nice, modern office space - Right beside public transit and various amenities - Everyone is so friendly and approachable

      Cons

      - Parking is expensive near here - I've only been here for a month, so I have yet to see anything else that's bad

      Good People - Needs better organization

      Pros

      This is a good place to work. The management and staff are all very nice and you are not micromanaged. The president is a good and caring person. Salaries are fair

      Cons

      Lack of organization. Too many people are asked to expand their roles where they are not experts nor trained to lead in that particular task. Some directors/managers are inflexible when shown a better way of doing things
