The training to become a teacher is incredibly long, which made me feel drained by the time I was able to start teaching. The company has been growing quickly in the last few years and it now seems like the corporate culture is the quantity of studios over the quality of studios. The studios are franchised so as an employee that excels at my job I don't feel like there is any potential for growth in the company on a larger scale. We also have a yearly corporate review of our teaching and studio which from the teaching side of things leaves everyone feeling very down.
