Pros

Flexible hours and international travel

Cons

Ineffective management without concrete goals. Work with the same people, banks and corporations again and again and spur no real change. It’s basically a greenwashing nonprofit trying to make a profit

Pros

The local teams are highly competent, dedicated, and collaborative. They exhibit a strong work ethic and are committed to achieving the organization’s goals. Climate Group is involved in several innovative initiatives that aim to address critical issues

Cons

- Despite their dedication, the local team is often overworked. - The leadership team based in the UK has demonstrated a limited inclusive approach or openness to understand local contexts. Highly demoralizing. - There are noticeable communication gaps between the local team and the UK leadership.
