      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers at the entry and mid-level.

      Cons

      There are some wonderful mid-level managers and entry level staff, but the leadership team is hypocritical, incompetent, and despite touting their social justice values, has actively mistreated and retaliated against staff with marginalized identities. Few opportunities for upward mobility.

      Many young people care about climate change

      Corrupt management, nontransparent policies, low pay, unorganized, dysfunctional HR, majority whites perpetuating white supremacist, everything takes forever to be done, no career development

      There are no pross, only to use the Climate Reality name to make some projects real.

      Cons

      Very bad payment, senniors that are not good to their employes, lacky of leadership and prejudice with non-white and female employes
