Pros
Established company in contract with big box stores, only 2 owners, everything done on site
Cons
Owners and managers use profanity on a daily basis, unrealistic expectations, very low pay, revolving door, take advantage of salaried employees, a lot of gossip and drama, do not allow breaks for lunch, outsource HR department, do not train, will not allow employees to be in school even when it does not interfere with work hours, extremely dirty, bathrooms rarely work, have their favorites and anyone else is "disposable", no room for advancement.
