If you live in Snohomish County the commute is decent. The publisher is nice to look at but don't be fooled by the fake smile. He will cut you if you aren't ready to worship the ground he walks on and work for nothing like a slave.
Cons
Everything else. Over worked and under paid. If you sell they will just change the commission structure so they don't have to pay you. Then raise the goals again so they don't have to pay you. If you like living with high stress and no reward please go work for Sound.
