Uhh if you like being miserable everyday then sure

Cons

Poor...actually appalling management, unrealistic expectations, 24/7 on call for free, No benefits, work life balance is non existent

-Call center staff very willing to have fun - Various franchise owners can be fun to work with

Cons

- No available advancement for call center workers - Management forces competition on employees - Highly sexist management - More likely to make promises to potential employees then to keep them once hired - Senior management based on family connections rather then skill
