      Nice office, flexible hours, good benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay, poor communication, no recognition for a job well done, favoritism. Key managers are relatives of each other. Many hidden agendas. Inconsistent management expectations, depending on who you are. No room for personal improvement upward.
