      Pros

      You get to work on well known accounts and experience the holistic advertising industry. MNCs will be wow-ed by your repertoire of clients and you will find it easy after you move and you will get to meet a lot of awesome people.

      Cons

      Getting food around the area when you OT is tough. But we get allowance for ordering food at night.

      Pros

      I worked at TIL for a year. It was my first job. A lot was on the job training but we were thrown into the deep end and had to learn fast. If you're the sort who likes to work on your own, have ideas and are good with people, you would probably enjoy the working environment. If you can survive here you can do well anywhere.

      Cons

      Different managers have different inputs- your learning would depend on which team you went into. A lot of late nights.
