      Decent set of people to work with, Fantastic upper management (Mike and gav) Really good laugh in the office when figures are right Friendly, helpful teams In the right circumstances management will go more than an extra mile to help/support where they can Very supportive with personal issues and needs. Welcoming employer.

      Some nice people in the office.

      Cons

      *Poor attitude from management. *Unrealistic targets. *Low pay and Very low commission for the amount of hops you have to jump through *Constantly "dangling a carrot" giving you faults hope for progression and pay rises. *No flexibility in hour or hybrid (WFH) *Minimal training
