Pros

The Training in FL that you are sent to is informative and can be fun. It also allows you to connect with other leaders.

Cons

Low Pay Long hours, even when families don't use 12 hours, you must be open 12 hours. Not enough support from Corporate HR Condescending corporate partners in Curriculum No opportunities to connect with other leaders. No mentorship. No support from franchise or corporate when you have a question about their systems.

Pros

I have dedicated my life to be a teacher and do things for the kids. From urban communities to rich suburbs, kids are never the problem.

Cons

Everything stems from the top, the director is treated like trash by corporate, and the teachers are treated the same. This terrible work environment breeds teachers who are selfish, looking out for themselves, and use any chance they can get to put other teachers down. Teachers are constantly bad mouthing each other. I had spent my last 6 years preparing myself to become the best teacher I can be, this company has jaded me from the profession. At least I can thank them for helping me change field. If you would like to experience the lowliness of low, to see if teaching is for you, just apply here.
