      Pros

      Some of the staff were really enjoyable to work with. Working with the kids is very rewarding, and fun.

      Lots of bullying from senior management to subordinates. Poor communication

      The children, some staff members are wonderful/ the games-contests (tickets) to keep moral up/ have learned quite a bit about Autism and working with autistic children. / Everyone truly cares about the children attending the school./ Generally they work with each staff members strength and weakness's

      Cons

      Lack of communication/ Constant changing of duties between staff members, staff and children-No Consistency/ Piling work or trusting one staff member with all duties and regulating others to the background-- Staff members taking credit for all work/ One staff member taking over when another staff member is working with a child-yet management doesn't speak to staff member about micro-managagement. / Better training should for ALL staff members./ High overturn of employees/ Staff member take quite a bit of work home for which they do NOT receive compensation
