      Pros

      The pay is good, The employees are hard working individuals, even supervisors are good people who want the best for the plant

      Cons

      Upper Management including (HR) is extremely poor, they will make crazy outlandish rules and regulations and expect you to just put up with it. They state they will train their employees and then neglect to train you and will write you up later when you make mistake.

      Company focuses on employees about as much as customers. Yes, we need to show up every day. That's important. They give back in training, job security, and more.
