      Good company, opportunities for advancement are sparse.

      Pros

      Culture is great, people are great. Company is on a growth path and will continue to do well.

      Cons

      FOT team is part-time with no advancement to full time positions. Part-time work is good but hard to make sustainable income only from position. I had 2 part time jobs working for Looma because I couldn't make ends meet with just them.

      Focused and hard-working team with lots of great energy. Everyone remains incredibly considerate and sincere in a high-growth environment.
