Management is genuinely atrocious. bosses are extremely stubborn and old fashioned. Unreceptive to new ideas and are constantly churning out dated pitches that continue to get rejected, yet they somehow continue to refuse to change. They will treat you like you re an incompetent child, regardless of your strengths. Working under them felt like one long humiliation ritual. Being here will drain you of your creativity, passion, and self-worth. It is not worth it. Sacrificing your sense of self, time off, and sanity for a company with pitiful benefits and zero room for creative liberties will never be worth it. Not sure how much longer they can survive like this. Also- a very small company and office, but bosses will still speak to you indirectly to maintain some pseudo sense of control. Would be funny if it wasn’t so grating

Plenty. - No guidance or clear career path and opportunities. - Any little opportunities are given to external parties or employees that are liked by the management. - Expected to sacrifice your self and your own personal time for the company without being compensated. - Outdated tastes and ignores employees suggestion for change (content wise). - Expects you to not take MC when you're sick and makes you feel guilty when you do. - No HR to protect employee's interests. - Asks employees what are they unhappy with only to be told that the employees are the problem and unappreciative.
