Pros

Being able to work from home

Cons

There was a strong sense of favoritism toward A certain coworker, which made the workplace feel unfair and frustrating. Communication from management was poor or unclear most of the time, and there was a lack of direction or support. Overall management was very poor and the environment was difficult to work in. I wouldn’t recommend working here.

Pros

I get to work from home

Cons

Everything from favoritism, not being able to do my job due to others not doing theirs, less than 3% raise in the last year and a half. Management does not care to take time to listen to the problems more or less try to correct them. Seems the longer you have been here, the more you can get away with and keep your job as long as you're friends with management. Placing a person that has been in the Work Comp department for less than 6 months as the supervisor over people that have been in WC much longer.
