      While it may provide decent pay and good experience, I could not recommend working for this company.

      Pros

      FYI, not necessarily a pro but they were purchased by Parallon. They are currently known as The Outsource Group, A Parallon Company, and will soon just be Parallon. -Decent pay if you do well (base pay is mediocre, need to surpass monthly quota to earn commission in) -Some might say it provides good work/life experience

      Cons

      -Managements treatment of employees, inability to communicate effectively. -Upper management & HR unreachable/unapproachable -Little room for personal growth -Mediocre/poor health benefits -Time-off policy: Uses PTO (Paid Time Off), which must be used for all holidays and sick days. -Poor work-life balance due to slow accrual of PTO unless you've been there many years.

      The 6 years before we were acquired were incredible! The future is a bit of a question mark.

      Pros

      Never a dull moment, always something new and challenging. High growth rate both organically and due to acquisitions for 5 of the last 6 years.

      Cons

      Some uncertainty after the acquisition of TOG by Parallon. This will shake out over time but right now, both sides seem to still be trying to figure out how make this work.

      Pros

      The office staff was great! Unfortunately, the executive management team was poor in their abilities to effectively manage the staff.

      Cons

      High turnover, inadequate training, and the place was ruled by nepotism and cronyism. There no room for advancement unless you were related to the executive management team or if you were a college buddy or lifelong friends.
