- May not keep track of commissions properly - Micromanagement - Will retaliate if you "step out of line" and call anyone out if they are doing you wrong

Regionals are real people and have all been a business manager before with Remm

Cons

401k match is the worse I've seen with any company and they have outing with corporate team every other week but the onsite teams only get the holiday party that only some team gets prizes and not everyone
