-Highly unorganized in many departments
-A lot of immediate supervision in the long term programs is unapproachable, judgmental towards fellow staff, and judgmental towards clients
-No consistent expectations (They change from week to week and even day to day)
-Really low pay for how much work needs to be done and for the type of clientele we work with
-Shoddy communication from upper management about health concerns, big events, and reasons for coworker dismissal.
