Pros
Almost little to no experience required. Can easily learn on the job. Very friendly management, supervisors, and co-workers. Remote work flexible.
Cons
Very little pay. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who is is not in the very early stages of their career. Can be quite disorganized and a lot of work. Requires use of your personal vehicle for site visits. You also have to bill your time, which can take some time getting used to.

This organization is dedicated to making a difference in their community. From early childhood education, supporting children and their families that have been victims of crime, supporting and providing shelter for persons experiencing domestic violence, providing food to the hungry, and supporting pregnant women and children through the Women, Infants and Children program. Great benefits package and matching 401K contributions.
Cons
Compassion fatigue. You hear about some horrible things that people have gone through. The upside is that you can help provide a safe haven for someone going though a difficult time in their life.
