Pros
Check out the reviews at The Enough Project which is the former name. More than ten years of negative reviews and it's only getting worse.
Cons
Extremely toxic senior management. The company doesn't seem to be able or willing to resolve the problems despite several rebranding and restructuring attempts. I agree with all the other reviews and wish I had read the reviews before joining.

The people that are left really care about the cause, but...
Cons
...the company is being ruined by several bullies in senior management. It's about time the board steps in and puts a stop to it. People are leaving and there's barely any output. Extremely toxic.
