      Beware!Don't Do It!

      They have Pinball in the office?

      Cons

      This company is run by several catty females that play games at all times. If you don't play, you are gone, without warning. They brag about the fact that they are "Quick to Fire" which really translates to the fact that they take a few days to see if you will fit in with their high school like group and if not, you're gone. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations and crazy goals but not much time to reach those goals.

      Pros

      Ownership encourages you to constantly challenge yourself and take on new opportunities. You will acquire experience you could never get anywhere else. Great for people who want to stretch their limits and make things happen.

      Cons

      Company still in exponential growth so if you do not have a startup mentality, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Great Group. I have learned a lot by working for Valcap. Lots of training by senior staff. Health benefits. Pay is good. Growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Located in various locations in San Antonio, properties are not super close to each other. I do not really have any complaints, I am happy working for Valcap and appreciate the opportunity
