Been at Theodo for 2 and a half years. Fast-paced. Large variety of projects. Steep learning curve. I was amazed at the level of intelligence of everyone around me. Everyone is super young. You will be learning from peers not from hierachy or super experienced people.
Data and evidence drivne change. If you ask for help you will get it but people aren't managed" so you need to be a bit of a self-starter in that sense.
Cons
As like most agencies you won't have choice over projects most of the time, so this means sometimes there are simply less interesting ones. Still not a clear path for those people who want to stay longer than 2 years. Churn has been high recently.
